These Chocolate Orange Fat bombs, excerpted from Keto Snacks by Lindsay Boyer, will bring you back to the orb-cracking days of your childhood, but they’re fully keto, with two types of healthy fat (yes, including butter, which is functional-doctor-approved ) and polyphenol-rich cocoa powder. Store ’em in your fridge or freezer for a sweet, creamy bite whenever you want a treat. ½ cup unsalted butter
½ cup coconut oil
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon orange extract
Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
Pour into a 12-cup silicone mold and place into the freezer until hardened, about 30 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
